- 10+ years of progressive compensation and total rewards experience with direct responsibility for programs.
- Expertise in market pricing, benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, pay equity, and analytics.
- Experience leading compensation planning and advising leaders on pay decisions.
- Knowledge of benefits strategy, renewals, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy, market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
- Manage salary structures, job architecture, job leveling, and pay practices.
- Oversee pay equity analyses and internal equity planning.
- Lead annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes.
