3+ years managing short-term incentive programs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to build complex compensation models.
Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling or pay equity analyses.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for compensation questions.
Support stakeholders on complex job offers and retention needs.
Conduct benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, job levels, and pay ranges.
Develop cost models, forecast analyses and design recommendations on global programs.
Participate in administration of recurring compensation processes and survey participation requests.
