Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in compensation with 3+ years in a business partnering or client-facing role.
Experience developing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies for diverse populations.
3+ years of administration of short-term incentive programs.
Strong analytical, modeling, and data storytelling abilities.
Experience leading compensation-related projects such as job leveling or pay equity studies.

Responsibilities

Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking to develop job profiles, levels, and pay ranges.
Develop cost models, forecast analyses, and design recommendations for global programs.
Administer recurring compensation processes and survey participation.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and Compensation Partners on complex offers and retention needs.
