Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Compensation professional within the Total Rewards team to serve as the first contact for compensation questions across functions. The role involves benchmarking, job profiling, and pay range development to support a global base and incentive framework.

You will drive cost models, forecast analyses, and design recommendations for compensation programs, while administering annual surveys and related activities to sustain a competitive job architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or client-facing role.
• Proven experience developing and implementing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies for diverse employee populations.
• Demonstrated experience managing the administration of short-term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build complex compensation models and present findings to management.
• Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives or pay equity analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the Compensation Team on a global basis.
• Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking to develop job profiles, levels and pay ranges.
• Develop cost models, forecast analyses and design recommendations for global compensation programs.
• Participate in administration of recurring compensation processes and annual survey participation.
• Support project efforts and data analysis to improve compensation outcomes.
