Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to oversee compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs for our US operations. You will drive a tech-forward agenda by optimizing Workday and related HR systems, while managing annual cycles, enrollments, audits, and vendor relationships.

Based onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month, you will collaborate with HRBP, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and Legal to deliver programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total rewards/HR operations or related experience.
• Experience managing complex processes, recurring cycles, audits or compliance.
• Experience with HR tech platforms such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania and be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery for total rewards programs, ensuring accurate administration of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related employee programs.
• Develop and deliver a tech-forward strategy to improve Total Rewards processes, including optimizing Workday functionality.
• Manage recurring total rewards processes such as annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, vendor file feeds, eligibility audits, employee communications, and issue resolution.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver programs on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.
• Support the implementation of new programs, policy changes, system enhancements, acquisitions, integrations, and other business initiatives impacting total rewards operations.
• Report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards.
