Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Global HRIS - Total Rewards & PATT to lead Workday governance, strategy, and roadmap across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

You will partner with Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Services, Finance, and vendors to deliver scalable Workday solutions, while guiding HRIS analysts and ensuring compliant, resilient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration, business process design, testing, release management, production support, and ownership across core HRIS domains.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience leading, coaching, developing, and holding HRIS teams accountable for delivery and service excellence.
• Workday certification or Workday Pro accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday roadmap, governance model, configuration strategy, and operational support portfolio for Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Help.
• Lead complex Workday configuration, business process design, enhancements, releases, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Drive process standardization, automation, data integrity, controls, compliance, and user experience improvements.
• Evaluate downstream impacts across integrations, reporting, security, payroll processing, employee experience, and operational controls.
• Lead HRIS projects and vendor engagements from discovery to deployment, with strong stakeholder communications.
• Coach and develop HRIS analysts, setting priorities, delivery standards, and accountability measures.
• Align team objectives with broader HR technology strategy and business priorities.
