FINRA is seeking a Total Rewards professional to support and administer compensation and benefits programs and the systems that enable them. You will partner with managers, employees and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality Total Rewards services, ensure program compliance and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves system testing, benefits administration, vendor coordination and data analysis while contributing to FINRA's mission of investor protection and market integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support Total Rewards programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and practices.

• Leave of Absence program administration.
• System User Acceptance Testing and training.
• Benefits inquiry support and new employee orientation.
• Provide event support and project management for multiple programs.
• Maintain Total Rewards documentation and communications.
