Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation programs, policies, and processes.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys.
• Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and compensation analyses.
• Prepare compensation reports, salary recommendations, and analytics.
• Support annual compensation planning: merit, bonus, promotions.
