Job summary

Distinguished Programs, LLC is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to design and execute competitive, equitable total rewards in partnership with the CHRO and vendors. You will collaborate with leaders to align compensation and benefits with strategic goals.

The role includes managing base salaries, incentives, and UK benefits, with remote/hybrid work in the United States and occasional NY Office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Minimum 8 years in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or total rewards.
• Experience with salary surveys and market pricing.
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong Excel and Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage base salary, incentive, and bonus programs aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.
• Design and manage salary/role structure in HR systems (job titles, job family, etc.).
• Lead annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity).
• Partner with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and leadership on pay decisions and offer strategy.
• Ensure internal equity and pay transparency practices.
• UK Benefits/Payroll expenses management.
• Advance comp management, Sales Comp Agreement process, LTIP process, Annual 401k Compliance process.
