TBC Corporation is seeking a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to lead day-to-day compensation and benefits administration across the enterprise. You will design incentive programs, manage health plans, and ensure policy compliance while aligning with budget and strategic goals.

The role requires strong data analytics, modeling expertise in Excel, and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels. Based in the U.S., the position offers growth and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in compensation and benefits in a large org.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Familiarity with FMLA, LOA, ADA and wage-hour rules.

Responsibilities

• Benefits administration: enrollment, design, vendor management.
• 401(k) compliance, funding, and wellness program oversight.
• Develop compensation structures, merit cycles, and pay ranges.
• Model incentives and support annual budgeting and planning.
• Provide data analysis and audit support for audits.
