Job summary

Penguin Solutions seeks a seasoned Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team.

You will administer compensation and benefits policies and programs domestically and internationally, supporting business initiatives and strategic goals while serving as a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders. The role includes Open Enrollment, audits, and compliance with federal/state laws, partnering with vendors to monitor program effectiveness, and analyzing market data for salary structure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; or equivalent combination.
• 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR functions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and summarize insights clearly.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment when working with sensitive employee data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and other AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Compensation: Evaluate roles and pay recommendations using job content, market data, benchmarking, internal guidelines, and compensation policies.
• Benefits Administration: Serve as a benefits SME and support administration of health, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefit plans.
• Communication: Respond to employee questions and help explain compensation and benefits programs.
• Data Analysis: Use Excel, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled tools to streamline data preparation and analyze workforce and total rewards data.
• Compliance: Partner to ensure timely filings, audits and plan document updates according to laws/regulations.
• Process Improvement: Develop procedures, guides, and training materials to improve efficiency and adoption.
