Amcor is seeking a Sr. Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all aspects of Blow Molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations.

You will drive tooling projects from concept through implementation, provide technical leadership in mold manufacturing, process optimization, validation, and troubleshooting, ensuring safety, quality, and performance. The role requires liaison across Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification and validation activities.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs and cycle times.
• Develop and maintain tooling standards, docs and PMO materials.
• Collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and vendors.
