Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Process and Tooling Engineer in the United States to lead blow molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations.

You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation and provide technical leadership in mold manufacturing, process optimization, and equipment validation. The role interfaces with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, vendors, and plant teams to ensure tooling designs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Plastics Engineering.
• 5–8 years in plastics packaging, process and tooling engineering.
• Experience with ISBM tooling and mold qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all mold sampling, process qualification, and validation activities for new, replacement, and rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs at designed cycle times.
• Support machine startups and tooling transfers; troubleshoot issues.
