Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior toll technology advisor to lead the delivery of toll technology services across major projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and client communications, while guiding feasibility studies and procurement activities for toll systems.

Responsibilities include leading project management plans, ensuring quality controls, mentoring staff, and supporting business development for mega-scale programs. A strong background in tolling and related disciplines is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Planning, Business or related field and 12 years related experience.
• In lieu of education, 16 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct toll technology services across projects and programs.
• Lead development of project scope, fee quotes, proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform toll planning, design, implementation, and operations tasks.
• Lead project management plan development and supervise staff.
• Ensure QA and adherence to toll technology quality controls.
• Support business development and client relationships for mega projects.
• Lead or support planning activities and procurement documents for toll systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Accounting/Finance, Planning, Business or related field
