Job summary

HNTB Corporation in the United States is seeking a senior leader to direct a large toll technology group. You will supervise 25–40+ staff across multiple technical disciplines, manage projects, and coordinate staffing to meet client needs nationwide.

You will recruit, develop and mentor staff, balance client expectations with firm goals, and build strong relationships to win new work. A strong track record in tolling programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of practical experience including 4 years of supervisory experience
• In lieu of degree, 16 years relevant experience
• Master’s degree in relevant field 15 years practical experience 6 years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational supervision to a large group of professionals in two or more technical discipline areas.
• Ensure the technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets for the group are met.
• Manage, grow and develop the full technical group; recruit, hire, and develop staff; succession planning.
• Lead client relationships to generate opportunities for new work and balance client needs with firm goals.
