Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior toll technology advisor to lead delivery of toll systems for major projects in Florida. You will guide planning, design, implementation, and operations while ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment with client needs.

You will develop proposals, manage client relationships, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win mega projects and deliver profitable outcomes for transportation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required; 12+ years experience or 16 years if no degree.
• Experience in tolling, toll technology or related field preferred.
• MS in Technology Management, IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct toll technology services delivery for projects and programs.
• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform toll planning, design, implementation, and operations tasks.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; mentor staff.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to QC practices.
• Support business development and client relationships; pursue mega projects.
• Lead or support toll technology projects across lifecycle.
• Recruitment, hiring, mentoring staff; workload monitoring; performance reviews.
