Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior leader to direct a large toll-technology group across several projects. You will coordinate priorities, staffing and staff assignments to deliver high‑quality service to clients nationwide, while planning and developing technical programs within the discipline.

The role involves supervising 25–40+ staff, building client relationships, and leading staff development, performance reviews, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with substantial supervisory experience, or 16 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience directing a large, multi-disciplinary toll technology group across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational supervision to a large group of professionals in two or more disciplines.
• Meet targets for technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule performance.
• Manage growth, performance, and development of the staff; establish priorities and staffing.
