Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior leader to direct a large toll technology group across multiple disciplines, overseeing project priorities, staffing, and client relations. The role emphasizes strategic program planning, staffing efficiency, and high‑quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive toll technology leadership experience, strong client management skills, and a track record of staff development and supervision of 25–40+ employees. A related advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of industry experience, or 16 years without a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience overseeing multi-disciplinary toll technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and operational supervision to a large group of professionals in two or more technical disciplines.
• Ensures the group meets technical, administrative, labor and schedule targets.
• Manages staff development, performance reviews and succession planning for 25–40+ employees.
