Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior toll-technology leader to direct and supervise a large, multi-disciplined group across several projects. The role coordinates staffing, priorities, and client needs to deliver high-quality technical services nationwide.

You will drive staff development and recruitment, maintain strong client relationships, and lead the group to meet or exceed performance targets while aligning with the firm’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12 years of practical experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience supervising large technical groups and multiple projects.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational supervision to a large group across two or more disciplines.
• Ensure targets for technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule are met.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Build strong client relationships to identify and win new work.
• Establish goals, monitor performance, and align client needs with the firm’s capabilities.
• Manage a group of 25–40+ staff with reporting structures and succession planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
