Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams from concept through completion, while expanding business with a global client base. Travel to client sites or HDR offices may be required.

The ideal candidate will have senior program management credentials, PM/PgMP certifications, and a proven track record delivering large infrastructure programs with capital values well above $200M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred.
• Professional Engineering License or equivalent.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• AICP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of TMT programs.
• Direct all aspects of program execution and governance.
• Coordinate resources across HDR and subconsultants to meet contract scope.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability while controlling losses.
• Mentor and train staff on program management best practices.
• Support business development and expansion with existing clients.
