Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead data center programs from planning through commissioning within HDR's Building Engineering Services Group. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and engage with clients to secure work and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and program management expertise, plus a track record delivering large-scale infrastructure programs with capital values similar to HDR's client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Professional engineering license is preferred.
• PMI PMP and PgMP certifications are desirable.
• Familiarity with PM/CM tools and large programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution.
• Oversee a broad range of disciplines from planning to commissioning and onboarding assets.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and work plans.
• Mentor and manage HDR and subconsultant staff; ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and drive efficiency and accountability.
