Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead complex data center programs, from upfront planning through commissioning. You will drive client development, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure program success across global markets.

This role emphasizes engineering excellence, schedule integrity, and financial performance within HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group. HDR values its employee-owned culture, leadership, and collaboration, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Program management experience: 3 years deputy to PM for programs with $200M+ value, or 5 years as PM/PM Controls for $200M+ programs, or 10 years as PM for at least two $50M+ projects.
• Strong leadership and communication; comfortable presenting to client executives; experience with DB, PDB, CMAR delivery methods.
• Familiar with PMIS/CMIS, scheduling, cost control, document management, risk management, asset management, and dashboard analytics.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary TMT programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Direct program execution planning, direction, and monitoring.
• Oversee disciplines from planning to procurement, scheduling, risk, and quality management.
• Identify issues and risks; support problem solving and timely decisions.
• Provide strategic advice, deploy resources, and promote transparency and accountability.
