Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams from concept to completion, focusing on client development and delivery of data center projects. Travel to client sites or other HDR offices may be required.

The role includes planning, directing, and monitoring all program aspects, managing multiple disciplines, and ensuring contract compliance while expanding HDR’s client base globally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and professional credentials preferred.
• Extensive program management experience with large capital projects and PMO collaboration.
• Ability to advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Apply lessons learned and industry best practices to meet client needs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution.
• Oversee a broad range of disciplines to support program delivery and governance.
• Identify risks and issues; support problem-solving and timely decisions.
• Provide strategic advice and resources to address program challenges.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and work plans.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams to deliver contracted services.
• Promote team alignment and effective communication.
• Secure resources and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor financial performance to meet earnings targets.
