Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary data center programs, focusing on client development and delivery from planning through commissioning. You will manage design teams, coordinate with BES leadership, and drive program governance while expanding HDR’s market presence in the TMT sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong PM background, relevant certifications, and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences or business administration.
• Program management experience with leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary TMT programs with technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Direct program execution planning and monitoring across disciplines.
• Ensure contract compliance and resource availability.
• Develop plans and processes to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Mentor and align project managers within the program.
