Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams from concept through completion. You will secure and expand business with a global client base and may travel to client sites or HDR offices.

Primary responsibilities include directing program execution, managing risk, and maintaining QA/QC to meet client expectations while aligning with HDR’s contract scope and resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, sciences, or business administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with PMIS/CMIS and scheduling/cost-control tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution.
