AFC Automotive Finance Corporation seeks a Senior Title Specialist to support title services for dealers in an accurate, timely manner. You will handle mail flow, maintain records, and escalate issues for resolution.

This role emphasizes customer service, regulatory knowledge, and teamwork at AFC’s Carmel, IN headquarters. You will collaborate with Title Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience managing end-to-end title processing.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state DMV regulations and titling compliance.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills with clear communication.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to adapt to new workflows and collaborate across teams.
• Active Notary Public commission, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end title processing following AFC policies and DMV standards.
• Serve as escalation point for Title Clerks, branches, auctions, and dealers.
• Deliver prompt support across electronic, phone, and written channels with logs in Salesforce.
• Record, intake, scan, and distribute incoming/outgoing titles and mail daily.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and assist UAT testing.
