• Notary seals and stamps preferred.
• Vision abilities include close, distance and depth perception.

Aufgaben

• Process and re-assign titles for vehicles sold by the auction.
• Examine vehicle title for accuracy and conformity to requirements; verify state filing and VIN/odometer details.
• Determine negotiability of title and assess for potential fraud; report discrepancies.
• Resolve titling issues with customers, dealers and regulatory agencies; negotiate price adjustments if needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current DMV laws and regulations for states processed.
• Receive and route telephone calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Process sale day transactions using AS400 and provide customer service.
• Run outstanding title reports and contact sellers regarding titles.
