Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will serve as the trusted advisor, build executive relationships, and ensure the realization of ROI from Eltropy.

Develop tailored, multi-year success plans, mitigate churn risk through data insights, and collaborate with Sales to expand revenue. Travel up to 25% for executive reviews and onboarding across our FinTech SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Manage Tier-1 or enterprise accounts with executive-level touchpoints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for in-person reviews.
• Collaborative, with a proven cross-functional partnership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 accounts with executive sponsors.
• Lead strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value realization.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, and multi-year success plans.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on renewals.
• Partner with product/engineering to relay customer needs and roadmap input.
