Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of about 20 high-impact financial institution customers. The role focuses on executive relationship building, multi-year success plans, and driving ROI with Eltropy’s fintech platform.

You will lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to maximize value while maintaining a strong risk-and-churn mitigation approach. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech, with a track record supporting Tier-1 or enterprise customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites—up to 25%—for reviews and expansion discussions.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand business, technical, and operational needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive in addressing strategic and tactical issues.
• High technical aptitude and comfort learning new software/tools; data-driven and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Tier-1 relationship management for ~20 high-impact accounts, building executive relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular executive business reviews to ensure customers achieve outcomes and ROI from Eltropy.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close upsell with a unified account strategy.
• Program-manage Tier-1 onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
• Advocate for customers internally, relay feedback to product, and help shape the roadmap.
• Track health metrics and maintain CRM data; communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
