Responsibilities

• Tier-1 relationship management: serve ~20 Tier-1 accounts and maintain executive relationships.
• Develop and execute multi-year customer success plans aligning with business goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account planning and upsell.
• Oversee onboarding and product adoption with training and enablement resources.
• Advocate for customers by feeding insights to Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
• Track customer health, retention, and expansion metrics and report to leadership.
