Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Experience with Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20 Tier-1 accounts and executive relationships.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure ROI.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales.
