Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of high-impact financial institution customers across the US remote service region. You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction.

You will lead long-term success plans, monitor health scores, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to align roadmaps with customer needs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with strategic thinking.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Manage ~20 Tier-1 accounts as trusted advisor and single point of contact.
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell with Sales.
• Oversee onboarding and drive product adoption across teams.
• Relay customer feedback to Product and Marketing; enable advocacy.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics; report to stakeholders.
