Eltropy is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver ROI from our AI-powered platform while driving retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities include multi-year success planning, risk mitigation through data health scoring, onboarding and adoption, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech
• Proven track record managing Tier-1 or enterprise customers
• Ability to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions
• Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and executive presence across all levels

Responsibilities

• Tier-1 Relationship Management: own ~20 Tier-1 accounts and build executive relationships.
• Customer Success Strategy: develop multi-year plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Revenue Growth: identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
• Onboarding and Adoption: manage complex onboarding across teams and locations.
• Advocacy and Feedback: relay customer needs to Product/Engineering and influence roadmap.
• Metrics and Reporting: track health, retention, expansion, and plans in CRM.
