Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers in the South Central U.S. region. This remote role requires driving retention, growth, and satisfaction across our AI-powered platform for financial institutions.

You will lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success initiatives while collaborating with sales and product teams. Expect quarterly travel for in-person meetings within the service region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management or customer success).
• Experience in SaaS and FinTech preferred.
• Able to learn customers’ businesses and products with high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Cultivate referenceable customers for advocacy.
