Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size financial institution customers across the Eastern US. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI communications platform, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and collaborating with Sales to close expansion opportunities, with up to 25% travel and a strong emphasis on data-driven risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success).
• Experience in SaaS and FinTech is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for an Eastern US portfolio of 50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Cultivate referenceable customers and advocate for product needs.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans to prevent churn and grow value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training.
