Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager in the South Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size financial institution customers.

You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI-powered communications platform, driving retention, expansion, and satisfaction through onboarding, adoption, and strategic reviews.

Remote role with quarterly travel to in-person meetings as needed; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS or FinTech.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training resources.
• Advocate for customers by communicating needs to cross-functional teams.
• Track customer health, retention, and other key metrics in the CRM.
