Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding of industry trends and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and marketing education strategy.
• Collaborate with Hematology team to support DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI positioning.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs to meet brand priorities.
• Coordinate regional marketing education with cross-functional partners to align with brand imperatives.
• Assist in crafting innovative educational platforms and recommendations for regional medical congresses.
• Oversee regional budget and provide feedback on business planning.
