Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison to support the Southeast region, covering Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The role leads KOL engagement, regional marketing education, and faculty development across multiple myeloma brands.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant and lasting customer relationships
• Travel can be up to 65% to attend meetings, congresses and advisory boards

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and regional marketing education plans
• Oversee regional peer-to-peer marketing, faculty development and compliance training
• Maintain regional market insights to guide brand strategy for multiple myeloma brands (e.g., DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY, CARVYKTI)
• Manage regional budgets and coordinate cross-functional engagement plans with sales and medical teams
• Develop innovative educational platforms and tailor content to local needs for regional and national medical congresses
• Provide leadership to other oncology TLLs and drive development needs and knowledge sharing
