Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison to support the Southeast region across Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. This role leads KOL engagement strategy, collaborates with Hematology teams, and advances education and advocacy for multiple myeloma brands.

The position requires strong cross-functional leadership, at least 6 years in related roles, and willingness to travel up to 65% in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding of oncology marketplace trends and patient impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Collaborate with Hematology teams to elevate brand advocacy for DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI.
• Build and sustain relationships with academic and community KOLs and partners.
• Coordinate regional marketing education plans with cross-functional partners.
• Manage regional marketing budget and provide strategic insights for planning.
