Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison to lead Southeast KOL engagement for Multiple Myeloma, covering OH, WV, NC, SC and VA. The role is field-based in the United States with preference for a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport.

You will drive regional education strategies, collaborate with the Hematology team on DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI, and build strong relationships with academic and community KOLs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' experience engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to innovate.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.
• Valid US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Collaborate with Hematology team on DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI strategies.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs to achieve brand priorities.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor regional multiple myeloma trends and budget, providing feedback for planning.
• Develop innovative educational platforms and regional recommendations for education tailoring.
