Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison for the Southeast region, including OH, WV, NC, SC, and VA. This senior role focuses on leading KOL engagement and strategic education across multiple myeloma brands, with preference for major metro locations near airports.

The position requires 6+ years in marketing, medical, or sales engaging with KOLs, plus strong cross-functional collaboration and travel up to 65%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal & external partners.
• Understanding industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships with patient-centric focus.
• Travel up to 65% and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Oversee regional marketing education and budget planning.
• Collaborate with sales, medical teams, and partners to elevate brand advocacy.
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs to drive brand priorities.
• Coordinate regional marketing education with cross-functional partners.
• Develop insights for regional treatment patterns and placement.
• Ensure compliance with ACCME/HCC/PhRMA guidelines.
