Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison to support the Southeast region (Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia). This role leads regional KOL engagement, develops education strategies, and collaborates with sales and medical teams to advance the Multiple Myeloma brands across the region.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations
• Strong ability to build and manage lasting customer relationships with patient focus and professionalism
• Experience leading change and transformation in oncology settings is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Southeast KOL engagement strategy for Multiple Myeloma and drive the overall KOL strategy with education initiatives
• Develop and execute regional marketing education and faculty development plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Oversee regional marketing budgets and provide feedback to business planning
• Partner with Sales, Medical and Commercial teams to elevate brand advocacy for Darzalex, Tecvayli, Talvey and Carvykti
• Potentially mentor other oncology Thought Leader Liaisons to build regional capabilities
