Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison for the Southeast region, covering Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The role focuses on leading KOL engagement strategies, supporting DARZALEX and other brands, and driving educational initiatives across regional and national forums.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degrees preferred (MS/MBA/MD/PhD)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with internal & external partners; ability to innovate and deliver results
• Deep understanding of oncology landscape and ability to stay ahead of competition
• Willingness to travel up to 65% and hold a valid US driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development
• Collaborate with Hematology team to align with DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI brands
• Build relationships with academic and community KOLs and partners
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners
• Supervise regional marketing budget and contribute to business planning
• Contribute to innovative educational platforms and regional/national education strategies
• Lead overall Multiple Myeloma strategy, including CAC, MRC and agency management
