Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a field-based Oncology Senior Thought Leader Liaison to support the Southeast region, covering Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. This is a field-based role in the United States with preference for a major metropolitan market near a national airport.

Lead regional KOL engagement and faculty development, collaborate with Hematology teams to advance Darzalex, Tecvalli, Talvey and CARVYKTI strategies, and drive customer-centric

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
• Strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
• Travel can be up to 65% including meetings, advisory boards, medical congresses and program attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Collaborate with Hematology team to elevate brand advocacy for DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, TALVEY and CARVYKTI.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic and community KOLs and partners.
• Coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross functional partners.
• Manage regional marketing budget and provide feedback on business planning.
• Develop innovative educational platforms and tailor education to local needs.
