Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is required. Advanced health science degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of combined Hematology, Rare Disease, or related experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical liaison, thought leader management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage KOL engagement strategies and relationships.
• Coordinate speaker programs and advisory boards with cross-functional teams.
• Support across regional and national congresses and speaker training.
• Identify growth opportunities within Academic Institutions and Health Systems.
