Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 6 years.
• Ph.D. with 4 years in STEM fields.
• U.S. Citizenship is required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• 6 years of electronics cooling, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
• 6 years of design-by-analysis using finite volume or finite difference software.

Responsibilities

• Own functional management and technical supervision of a Thermal Design and Analysis group.
• Oversee thermal design of sensor systems in airborne, space, maritime and land environments.
• Lead a thermal analysis team, and ensure cost and schedule performance.
• Attend internal and customer reviews, approve analysis/test reports and conduct trade studies.
• Staffing plans, performance evaluation, goal planning, and roadmap development.
