Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience, Master’s with 6, Ph.D. with 4 in STEM fields.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• 6+ years in electronics cooling, fluid dynamics and heat transfer.
• Experience with design-by-analysis using finite volume or finite difference methods.
• Experience with ANSYS Icepak, ANSYS Thermal Desktop, and ANSYS Fluent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the thermal design and analysis of sensor systems in various environments.
• Manage a Thermal Design and Analysis group including staffing and performance reviews.
• Attend internal and customer reviews and approve analysis/test reports.
• Develop roadmaps, implement process improvements and hire to meet demand.
• Collaborate across organizations and communicate effectively.
