Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, Master’s with 6 years, Ph.D. with 4 years in STEM fields.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• 6+ years of knowledge in electronics cooling, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
• 6+ years of design-by-analysis experience using finite volume or finite difference methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee thermal design and analysis of sensor systems in various environments (airborne, space, maritime, land).
• Lead a thermal analysis team and manage thermal management systems, heat transfer, and fluids.
• Attend internal and customer reviews, approve analysis/test reports, and perform trade studies.
• Manage staffing plans, performance reviews, goal setting, and process improvements.
• Engage staff and customers, ensuring work-life balance and cross‑organization collaboration.
