Qualifications

• 5+ years in thermal applications including electronics cooling, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
• U.S Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Thermal Design and Analysis group, ensuring program cost and schedule performance.
• Oversee thermal design of sensor systems across environments (airborne, space, maritime, land).
• Attend internal and customer reviews, approve analyses/tests, and conduct thermal trade studies.
• Staffing plans, performance evaluations, and talent development to meet demand and attrition.
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and cross-organization partners to drive improvements.
