Job summary

Invenergy, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Thermal Contracts to negotiate EPC, Equipment Supply and Build Transfer agreements for thermal projects. You’ll assess bids, draft and review contracts, and manage risks across multiple markets while coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction teams to meet milestones.

The role requires 7+ years in project development or related fields, a relevant degree, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project development, project management, power origination or business development.
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business, finance or engineering.
• US work authorization for current and future employment.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal evaluation with procurement and technical teams to assess bids.
• Draft EPC, BT, and major equipment supply contracts for tender processes.
• Coordinate with bid teams to reflect project requirements in contract documents.
• Lead contract negotiations aligning terms with project objectives and budgets.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on contract performance and risk.
• Handle claims, disputes, and change orders during the project lifecycle.
